Processing Times
All orders are custom-made, so please allow up to 5 business days for us to create your candles. Once your order is ready, it will be dispatched via Australia Post.

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
Please note, delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control, particularly during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Free standard shipping is available for orders over $100.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your package via the Australia Post website.

International Shipping

Missing or Delayed Orders
