Refund and Returns Policy

At Luli Custom Candles Co., we take pride in the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following options:

Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind on custom-made candles. However, if the product is unused and in its original condition, you may return it within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit.

Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing info@lulicustomcandles.com.au, along with your order number and photos of the damaged product. Once we confirm the fault, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit, based on your preference.

Return Process
To return a product, please ensure:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
  • Contact us at info@lulicustomcandles.com.au to initiate the return process.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival. Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
